How long have you been in business?

Rite Painters and Reno has been proudly serving Toronto and the GTA for over 6 years, while helping hundreds of customers who continue to use our services and give us referrals.

How do you hire and evaluate your painters and carpenters?

We are very selective in hiring our painters and carpenters. Most of our painters and carpenters, especially our crew leaders, have been with us for years. All of our crew leaders are qualified professionals and have a minimum of 10 Plus Years experience in their Trade. The hiring process we use ensures that we have quality professionals on every job, giving you the customer the peace of mind knowing that you are in the right hands.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

Our warranties range from the type of the project, the end users expectation and the existing surface area condition. Our goal is to maintain quality on all of our projects, while ensuring that the work is completed correctly. We strive to create “customers for life,” so the fact is, you can call us any time after your project has been completed!

What type of paint and stains do you recommend?

We recommend Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints and stains because we have a lasting relationship with both brands and they produce quality products. This means if there is ever a manufacturing defect, we can trust that Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams will stand behind their product and your project. However, we can use any type of paints and stains you wish. We also have other stains from different brands that offer great quality products. Feel free to ask our project managers, which brands will best be suited for your project.

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely! We make certain we protect our customers by carrying the appropriate coverages for liability insurance and workers compensation. Note: Be aware that if a company does not carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation, you are at risk of having to cover the expense of damages if something were to happen or a lawsuit if someone were to get hurt on your property. We recommend using a company with liability insurance and worker’s compensation, even if it isn’t us!

Can you provide references?

We encourage you to reach out to any of our past customers, which we can provide their contact info upon request. We leave a project portfolio for you to view while we complete your project proposal on-site the day of the estimate too. When do you take payment?

We ask for a 50% down payment to buy materials and solidify your spot in our schedule. The remaining 50% is not due until after the job is completed and you are completely satisfied! Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, cash or Interac e – transfer.

We don’t stop at painting & staining.
We also offer Carpentry services.
